You get a repair number when we take it in.
Follow it online
With the repair number and your phone number you can see the status at any time.
Pick it up
When the work is done the status changes to “Ready” — come and collect it.

AL&LO runs its repairs, till and stock in ReactDesk, which is why you can check your repair status online. ReactDesk is a Latvian system for service shops and stores, and AL&LO is its first user.

Open the repair status page and enter the repair number from your intake receipt and your phone number. Or just call: +371 22 064 802.
Can I buy a part if I do not know its number?
Yes. Bring the old part or tell us the model — it is usually on a sticker on the body.
Are you open on public holidays?
Hours may differ on public holidays. Please call before you come.
